Steamery’s vision is to be the global leader within textile care by giving people the very best tools to love and care for their clothes. We make minimalistic and easy-to-use products such as steamers, fabric shavers, detergents etc. to help and inspire people to care for their garments. Currently, we’re selling in 60 markets worldwide and our team at the Stockholm office right now consists of 31 passionate individuals.

About the internship

As a Marketplace Intern at Steamery you will be working on a variety of tasks within daily Marketplace operations, you will get the opportunity to learn a lot about all different parts of the area. You will work closely together with our Marketplace Specialist, and be a part of the eCommerce department, which consists of 5 people that work closely as a team. The internship is unpaid, for a minimum of 3 months – preferably 6 months and can be for school credits.

Main learning opportunities and tasks include (but are not limited to):

• Daily management of marketplace operations, eg. assisting with ad-hoc tasks like preparing presentations, documents or reports
• Uploading and maintaining product listing quality across marketplaces
• Collecting customer feedback and relaying it to the team for improvements as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, returns, or product information
• Assisting in generating reports & analysis on sales trends, top-performing products and the business landscape – identifying areas for improvement
• Assisting with order management, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently

We believe that these tasks help develop a variety of skills in e-commerce and marketplace operations, data analysis, fulfillment, and customer service, providing valuable insights and experience about the marketplace ecosystem.

This position requires that you work from our office located at Södermalm, at least 3 days a week. You will report to our Marketplace Specialist.

START: According to agreement

LOCATION: Stockholm

JOB HOURS: Upon agreement, could be part time or full time.
